Privacy statement

Koster Tuin & Interieur, located at Bernadottelaan 216, 2037 GW Haarlem, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement. It applies to kostertuin.nl, including Kostertuin Zakelijk (kostertuin.nl/zakelijk/).

What data do we process?

When you fill in a form, we store your name, email address, phone number, postcode or town and your message. For business enquiries we also store your organisation’s name and your job title.

Why?

Only to contact you, prepare a quote and carry out our services. We never sell your data to third parties.

How long?

Quote requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Invoices are kept for the statutory period of 7 years.

Cookies and statistics

For visitor statistics we use Google Analytics 4. We only place analytics cookies if you consent in the banner; without consent Google Analytics only sends anonymous, cookieless pings. We do not use advertising cookies and do not share data for advertising. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage).

YouTube videos only load when you press play yourself, via the more privacy-friendly youtube-nocookie.com. Before that click only a preview image from YouTube is shown. After the click, YouTube’s (Google’s) terms apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Email info@kostertuin.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
